Do you ever ask yourself “what’s the point?”
We have all fucked up, maybe forgot a meal or ended up eating a takeaway instead or had a few drinks to many and binge eat the following day. We end up questioning the whole gym and nutrition thing!
Each week I talk to people who ask themselves this question and I help them overcome it and change their mindset.
They fall off track. They stop training/ eating according to plan & now they think they have ruined their progress and are back to square one.
When you hear yourself saying this. Stop yourself and think of this:
If you were driving and realised you had a flat tyre, would you go and slash the other 3?
Or
You spent money that you were saving for a rainy day. Would this mean you automatically just give up on saving for the rest of your life?
No! Of course not! Both of the above statements would be ridiculous things to do.
So next time you make a poor food choice or miss a workout. Forget about it and get back on it.
